IN MY SKIN

The SS24 In My Skin collection by Nencioni tells of the relationship you have with your own

skin: it can be armor, a nest, a canvas to paint, but in any case it is an expression of

our most intimate essence, vehicle of our emotions.

In My Skin expresses the strength that comes from feeling good about ourselves, and the courage for a woman to always feel at ease with her femininity.

The garments have tight-fitting silhouettes, which underline the close relationship with the body; drawings created by cut-out processes allow a glimpse of bare skin, drapings that

recall the folding texture of the skin, as well as the material but delicate textures of the

chiffonne creponne and cadì frisottino.

These codes are paired together with large traditional men's jackets which, however, are split in various points and allow a glimpse of the skin underneath, or classic garments such as shirt and wide trousers, here reinterpreted according to the theme of boned lingerie

and lightweight semi-transparent materials. The theme of lingerie then returns in the precious embroideries of Swarovski which recreates the shape of the bra underwire on jackets and tank tops.

The entire collection moves on neutral skin tones, ranging from off-white to cream, from powder pink to burnt brown up to the enveloping black.
